We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders — no minimum required.

We ship to:

  • 48 contiguous United States (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
    Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • 10 Canadian provinces (Excludes Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon)


⏱ Shipping Time

🛵 For E-Bikes

  • In-stock items are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Carrier: FedEx

  • It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates, and delivery takes approximately 2–10 business days depending on your region.

Accessories are shipped from our US or Canada warehouses, and typically arrive in 3–10 business days, depending on your location and stock availability.


🔄 Order Changes & Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Order Cancellation: Free of charge if the order hasn’t been processed for shipment.

  • Address Change: Free of charge before shipment.

  • Product Exchanges: Free of charge before shipment.

After Shipment:

  • Order Cancellation: A shipping fee of $150 will be deducted from the refund. (In peak season Oct–Dec, the fee is $200.)

  • Address Change: A $20 service fee will be charged by the carrier.


🔍 Order Tracking

You can track your order by logging into your account on our website.
If you don't have an account, you can track your order using your order number on our tracking page.

If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you haven't received it, please contact us within 3 business days. After that, customers must resolve delivery disputes directly with the carrier.
